The Marketing Analytics module collects data, some in real-time, to provide information on your visitors' behavior. This can help you understand the content you should prioritize for improvement. By using tracking data such as events, KPIs, and behavior maps, you can analyze user journeys and how they are interacting with the content on your website.
While much of the metrics are immediately available, such as demographics and traffic sources, some others require administrative assistance from our Service Desk. Please open a ticket if you would like to set up campaigns, KPIs, behavior maps, and event tracking.
