Images are considered Media Items on the platform. You may add an image directly to a page via the WYSIWYG editor (most common) or you may add it to the media library to access later (less common). To upload

Image directly to a page:

  • Login to your agency website and create or select .
  • Create or Select the page to which you'd like to add the image.
  • Select Edit.
  • In the WYSIWYG box, click the Embed Media icon and select Image Media.
  • Click on Upload Image at the top of the selection screen.
  • Drag or select a file from your computer to upload.
  • Add Alternative Text for the image Image (required).
    • This text should be a brief description of the image to be read aloud on screen readers for the visually impaired.
  • Add a Caption if needed.
  • Select a Category to which you'd like to associate the image (optional).
  • Add an image Image Credit if needed.
  • Select the Published checkbox, and click.
  • Click Save.

Image to the Media Library to access later:

  • Login to your agency website.
  • Select Content from the main edit toolbar at the top of the screen. 
  • Select the Media Tab.
  • Click the Add Media button.
  • Enter a Name for the image Image (required).
    • This is so that you can find the
    image within the system
    • Image later. 
  • Click Choose File and select the file you want to upload from your computer.
    • There is a 5MB limit
    and the allowed
    • Allowed file types are: PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG
  • Add a Caption, if needed.
  • Select a Category to which you'd like to associate the image (optional)
  • Add an image Image Credit if needed.
  • Select the Published checkbox, and clickcheck box.
  • Click Save.
  • Your image is now available to be embedded in pages across your website.

Remove an Image from

To remove a image, first determine if you want to remove the image from the site entirely, or only from a certain page.

  • Navigate to the page housing the image and select editImage.
  • Select Edit.
  • Scroll down to the WYSIWYG editor , and highlight the image Image placeholder.
  • Hit delete Delete on your keyboard.
  • Publish the page.

Remove the Image from the Entire Site 

  • Navigate to the image Image in the Media Library by clicking Content in the main admin Admin toolbar.
  • Select the Media Tab.
  • Find the image Image you would like to delete in the list.
  • Select the drop-down in the Edit button in the Operations column. 
  • Select Move to Trash.
      IMPORTANT
      • Note:
      Please check
      • Check the Usage tab to be sure that you're aware of all of the pages that will be impacted by deleting this
      image
      • Image. If you do not want to delete the image, select Cancel.
      • Move to Trash if you're sure that you want to move the item to the trash bin.
    • Once the item is in the trash bin, non-logged in public users will no longer see the image Image on the websitesite.
