Register for Account

Logging into GovHub

1. Navigate to https://SITENAME.georgia.gov/user where SITENAME is enter the name of your site. Example: https://digital.georgia.gov/user

2. Enter your username/email address and password.

3. Click the Continue button.

   1. If it has been more than 30 days since you last logged into any of your site(s), you will be prompted to verify your identity.

      1. Open your authenticator app on your mobile device. If you have not previously enrolled for multi-factor authentication, please see https://georgiagov.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/3112108040.

      2. In your authenticator app, locate the one-time code labeled “Digital Services Georgia” and enter that code to authenticate.

      3. If you’re logging in with a trusted, non-public device, you may check the box “Remember this device for 30 days.”

      4. Click the Continue button.

   2. If it has been less than 30 days since you last logged into any of your site(s), you will enter the CMS.

Forgot password

1. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password?”

2. Enter your username or email address associated with your account.

3. Click the Continue button. Note: Typical usernames consist of firstname.lastname (i.e. taylor.swift)

4. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password. Note: You may need to check your Junk or Spam folder if you don’t receive the email immediately.

First time logging into GovHub

If you've been granted access to multiple sites, you only have to complete this process once, when you login to the first site. Once you've set your password, the same credentials will log you into all GovHub sites.

1. Navigate to https://SITENAME.georgia.gov/user where SITENAME is the name of your site. Example: https://digital.georgia.gov/user

2. Click on Forgot password?.

3. Enter your username or email address associated with your account.

4. Click the Continue button.

   • Hint: Typical usernames consist of firstname.lastname (i.e. taylor.swift)

5. An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password.

   • You may need to check your Junk or Clutter box if you don’t receive the email immediately.

6. Once you’ve set your password, on your computer, navigate to https://SITENAME.georgia.gov/user where SITENAME is the name of your site. Example: https://digital.georgia.gov/user

7. Login with your username or email address and your new password.

8. Follow the steps to complete your https://georgiagov.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/3112108040.

   • If you do not complete your MFA enrollment within 30 days of account creation, your GovHub access will be blocked for security purposes.
