When to use a Knack Embed

If your agency uses Knack online databases, you can embed database tables directly into Listing Pages.

If your agency does not currently use Knack, but may be interested in using online databases, please open a Support Desk TicketRequest.

How to Embed a Knack database

Users with ___ permissions may create and manage Knack embeds.

• Log into your agency website.
• Click on Add Content 
• Select Listing Page
• Enter a page Title.
• Add a Short Title (optional).
• Embed your external Knack Database by selecting External from the List Behavior options.

• In the Knack Embed section, enter a Title for your Knack embed
  • Note: It does not have to match the name of the database.
• Paste in the Knack URL (required).
  • Copy the URL of the Knack database into this field. It should start with "https://api.knackhq.com/..." or with "https://loader.knack.com/...".
• Select Save within the Knack Embed section. 
• Save and Publish your Listing Page.
