Accessing Content Types

  • Log into your agency website.
  • Click on Content
 in the

Accessing Micro-content Types

On Georgia GovHub, Micro-content is:

  • Accordion
  • Code Block
  • Call To Action
  • Hero
  • How Do I
  • Icon Link
  • Icon List
  • Knack Embed
  • Laserfische Form
  • Link Collection
  • Listing Block
  • Promo
  • Quickbase Embed
  • Quote
  • Text Block
  • Tile
  • Tileset

Note: Your agency may not have all of these types of Micro-content created on your site. Some types are built exclusively for the use of a particular agency's need

Micro-content that you create can be re-used throughout the site by searching for that it by the micro-content by the title. You can find all  all micro-content on the backend back end of your site, just like you do with other content types, but under a different by looking for it under the Micro-content rather than Contenttab.

How to Access Micro-content 

  • Log into your agency website.
  • Click on Content in the admin toolbar at the top in the top-left of the admin toolbar.
  • Choose the Micro-content tab, to the right of the Content Trash tab.
  • The default screen will land on normal Content lead you to  Content that has already been created (i.e. content types like Topic Pages, Event Pages, Bio Pages, etc.).Choose the Micro-content tab, to the right of the Content Trash tab.
    • This includes content that is Published, Archived, or in Draft.
  • Use the filters to search for the micro-content you're looking for.
  • For Micro-content that has been moved to trash, click on Content Micro-content Trash.
    • Use the filters to search for microMicro-content that's in the trash.

Accessing Media

On Georgia GovHub, Media is:

  • Document
  • Icon
  • Image
  • Official Record Header
  • Remote media
  • Remove video
  • SVG Image

Media created on your site Note: Your agency may not have all of these types of Media on your site. Some types are built exclusively for the use of a particular agency's needs.

Media that you create can be re-used throughout the site by searching for that media it by the Media title or media Media type. You can find all micro-content Media on the backend back end of your site, just like you do with other content types, but under a different Micro-content rather than Contenttype, by looking for it under the Media tab.

Though Document falls under the Media content, Documents have their own content library and can not cannot be located in the Media library.

  • Choose the Documents tab, to the right of the Micro-content tab.
    • This includes content that is Published or Unpublished.
  • Use the filters to search for the media Document you're looking for.
  • To locate Media Documents that 's have been moved to the Trash, click on the Document Trash Bin.
    • Use the filters to search for documents in the trash.
  • Learn more about the Trash by reading our training on Trash.
