You’re enrolling your mobile device in Multi-Factor authentication for the first time, you’ve scanned the QR code with your authenticator app, and received a one-time six digit code on your phone to verify. When you enter the code into the website, you receive an error that the code you’ve entered is not valid.
\uD83C\uDF31 Solution
For you authenticator app to return valid verification codes, the time on your mobile device must be synced with your network provider.
Visit your mobile device’s Date & Time settings to set the time automatically.
On iPhone, go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Turn on the “Set Automatically” option.
On Android, go to Settings > System > Date & time. Turn on the “Set time automatically” option.
Launch your preferred authenticator app. Remove or delete the existing “Digital Services Georgia” account.
On your computer, login to GovHub. You should be presented with a new QR code.
Scan this new QR code with your authenticator app.
Enter the code generated by the app into the website to continue with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enrollment .
