How to enroll a device in MFA using Okta Verify

You may use any authenticator app on your mobile device to enroll in multi-factor authentication. When Okta Verify is your preferred authenticator app, follow these instructions to add your GovHub account.

 Instructions

  1. Launch the Okta Verify app on your phone.

  2. Tap Add (+)

  3. Choose the type of account to add. Choose Other.

  4. On your computer, login to GovHub.

  5. When the QR code shows on your computer screen, tap Yes, Ready to Scan, on your phone, and point your camera at the QR code.
