When to Use a Program Service Page

When to Use a Program Service Page

All agencies exist to provide a service to Georgia citizens or a subset of that population, and because of this, all agency website should include a Program or Service page. This is a foundational component of your website as it serves as the main pillar around which all of your site content should be organized.

All Program or Service pages will include a "First Step" – this is a Call to Action that serves to direct your site visitors towards engaging with your agency (fill out a form, primary method of contact, register a user account, etc.). The Overview section should contain a brief written description of the program or service that your agency provides.

As content across your site is associated with the appropriate program or service via the "Program or Services Reference" section in the right rail, it can be automatically aggregated to the appropriate program or service page.
