Content Updates

In this release, we made several updates to content types and GovHub configuration settings:

Removed the "Alert" Alert Type from the Alert Micro-content
Updated help text in GA Footer Configuration for phone and email setting when the primary Contact node has no phone or email
Removed the Alphabetical Index option in the dropdown for the Link Collection Micro-content

Bug Fixes

We also fixed a bug that caused unpublished Program/Service nodes to display in select list on the /find-location view as "- Restricted access -"
