Changes to the Creator Role Permissions

During this release, we removed the Creator role's ability to upload new documents. Creator's can now only create content with existing documents. 

Update to Search Auto-suggest

Search auto-suggestions now include the News content type.

Accessibility Improvements

We improved the accessibility of the sidebar navigation by providing markup that designates it as a navigation element. This markup will allow an assistive technology user to be able to quickly understand the purpose of the landmark.

We fixed a metadata schema issue affecting the title and Twitter logo for the Location and Program or Service content types.
